› East Stroudsburg Educational Enrichment Program
the East Stroudsburg Educational Enrighment Program is a before and after school program. This program is located at Resica, JM Hill, and East Stroudsburg Elementary school. We work with the parent and the schools to provide a safe and stable place for the children to go before and after school. We do their homework with them, crafts, gym and/or payground. the children learn how to work with other children to become a team. We offer care on days off of school at the YMCA on Main Street in Stroudsburg.

*Care is currently not available at Bushkill, Middle Smithfield and Smithfield Elementary school due to low enrollment. A minimum of 10 students(per school) are needed to reopen these schools.

Monday—Friday (5 days a week, 2 days a week and 3 days a week)
Before School — 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM
*On two hour delay we Do Not open until 7:30 AM
After School — 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM

*If you choose partial week care your child must attend the same days each week. Days cannot be made up.

*There are additional fees of $15 per day for SCHEDULED and UNSCHEDULED days off from school. See Handbook for more information. For the 2 & 3 days a week care they need to be the same days ever week and they are not to be made up on another day if the children miss a day.
*Payments can be made electronically over the phone. Cash, check or credit card payments can be made in person at the YMCA, 809 Main Street, Stroudsburg, PA, 18360, or check payments may be mailed to that address.
*If you child attends this program on the days that there is no school, care is offered at the YMCA on Main Street in Stroudsburg. Care is available form 6:30 am to 6:30 pm on days school is closed due to inclement weather or teacher in-service and parent-teacher conferences.
