Pocono Mountain East High school – Red Cross Certification
Lehman Intermediate (Bushkill) - Red Cross Certification
All classes total 30 hours.

› Pre-Requisites
All participants are required to pass a swimming skills and endurance test prior to completion. Red Cross Certification requires participants to be at least 15 years of age.
Pass a enduarance swim test of 500 yards using side stoke, freestyle, breaststroke, and elementary backstroke. Perform a shallow dice, tread water for lat least 2 minutes with legs only, do a surface dive head first and feet first in 9 feet of water and swim underwater for 15 feet.
› Course Dates and Information
Participants must register at the YMCA. Classes will start on March 8th and End on March 11th. Thursday & Friday 3-9pm, Saturday 8am-5pm and Sunday 12-5pm. The Pre Swim Test will be held on Thursday, MArch 8th at 4:30pm. Please bring a bathing suit, towel, pencil or pen, and a packed lunch to each class. Call (570) 421-2525 ext 137 for more information.
