Water Aerobics

This water exercise class includes warm-up, aerobic training, and cool down, along with strength, toning and flexibility in shallow water. The Y will provide all equipment needed for the class. Stretching, muscle toning, and aerobic exercises are done with the use of fitness equipment.  Participates will enter the YMCA through the main entrance and then enter the pool through the ladies or gentleman’s locker rooms.
