Fencing Program
En-Garde! Our beginners fencing class will work on basic foot work, and the rules of the sport over 16 classes. The cost will include the proper protective equipment needed for your child. Children will also learn about our YMCA core values: Honesty, Caring, Responsibility, and Respect.
Beginner Fencing- One Day
En-Garde! Our beginners fencing class will work on basic foot work, blade work, and the rules of the sport over 8 classes. Swords, jackets, masks, and gloves will be assigned to each athlete for their personal use for the duration of classes. Children will also learn about our YMCA core values: Honesty, Caring, Responsibility, and Respect. All adult participants and spectators will need to complete an online SafeSport Training.

Intermediate Fencer Drop In
Schedules can be busy over the summer. Keep up your skills without commiting to an entire session. Please note that this is only for experienced fencers that have completed our beginner classes.
