Teen Strength
APRIL SCHEDULE: 3rd. 13th, and 27th The Program is for ages 12 to 14 and will be held at 4:15pm. The students will learn proper handling and use of weights, Cybex equipment and Cardio equipment. The completed program will allow the student to work out independently at our YMCA.

Teen Strength - APRIL 2026
Offered to ages 12YRS TO 15YRS
Learn how to properly handle and use weights, Cybex, and Cardio Equipment.
After completing ALL THREE Sessions, teens from the age of 12-14YRS will be given a Teen Strength Card granting them the ability to workout by themselves.
