Teen Strength
This program will run each month on Wednesdays for Four (4) sessions per month. The Program is for ages 12 to 17 and will be held at 6pm. The students will learn proper handling and use of weights, Cybex equipment and Cardio equipment. The completed program will allow the student to work out independently at our YMCA.
