Teen Strength
This program will run each month on Wednesdays for Four (4) sessions per month. The Program is for ages 12 to 15 and will be held at 4:15pm. The students will learn proper handling and use of weights, Cybex equipment and Cardio equipment. The completed program will allow the student to work out independently at our YMCA.
