For over four decades The Pocono Family YMCA Swim Team has helped to develop swimmers of all ages throughout the Pocono area.  Did you know that Y Swim Team Families are responsible for bringing the sport of swimming to our area high schools?  For years we have been building strong kids, strong families and strong communities and we plan to continue that tradition.

We have a National Team, which participates in YMCA National Meets across the country each year. We are asking that you will sponsor our National Team to help  defray the costs for swimmers participating in these meets.
